Le Moment Patisserie was established in Champaign-Urbana IL. in September, 2015. The owner, Yeojin, is a self-taught confectionist who is inspired by the artistry of France and soul of South Korea. She puts her heart and soul into every single confection that comes out of the kitchen.
She recently has moved to Tampa, FL. with her husband. |
